The CEO of Ripple is of the opinion that America is falling far behind in crypto adoption. He compared the technology to the internet , highlighting America’s decision to embrace it in the 1990 without knowing the full potential as at then.
In a recent interview with Bloomberg Ripple CEO says America lacks regulatory uncertainty while other countries have taken a stand and set a regulatory path to allow both investors and entrepreneurs to strive and operate in their soil. He cited countries like Australia Japan, Singapore , Switzerland.
Ripple has been having an industry wide showdown with the SEC. The SEC has accused Ripple employees of selling unregistered
and enriching themselves. This showdown has been ongoing and is posed by analysts to affect the whole crypto industry.
